therapy Practice
What if the goal wasn't just to feel better - but to be more fully alive?
We're living through a time that asks a lot of the nervous system. Many of us are finding that the old maps - the purely cognitive ones - don't quite cover the terrain anymore.
I don't work from a model of what's broken in you. I work from a sense of who you already are at your core—and who you're here to become.
I'm a licensed clinical social worker with 17 years of experience. My approach is warm, relational, trauma-informed, and body-based, with space to explore not only what is difficult, but also what you want to create and move toward.
My training as a breathwork practitioner informs how I listen and think about change. While breathwork isn't a requirement or focus of therapy, we may incorporate gentle somatic practices when they feel supportive and appropriate. For those drawn to this kind of work, the breath can offer another pathway toward awareness, presence, and greater freedom of choice.
Whether you're an adult navigating a transition, anxiety, relationships, identity, or purpose, or an adolescent looking for a place to feel understood and supported, my intention is to help you reconnect with your own inner wisdom and move toward a life that feels more fully your own.
Work with me online or in -person in Brooklyn.
