Breath + Being

A 10-day Live Online Breathwork Journey

for Presence & Aliveness

The breath is more than a tool for calming the nervous system.
It is a daily practice of presence, intention, and self-awareness - a way of gently shifting the patterns, energy, and inner states that shape how you experience your life.

Breath & Being is a 10-day live ONLINE breathwork container designed to support nervous system regulation, expanded capacity, emotional integration, and a deeper sense of aliveness through gentle, consistent daily practice.

This is a gentle and accessible form of breathwork, suitable for all levels of experience. There is nothing you need to know or achieve beforehand. You are simply invited to arrive as you are, and let the breath meet you there.

Over time, through repetition and rhythm, something begins to shift.

❋What’s Included:

  • 10 live weekday breathwork sessions (includes a 20 min breathe, full session approximately 30-40 minutes each)

  • Immediate recording access for all sessions

  • A 75-minute opening circle to ground into the journey, set intentions and preview the breathwork

  • 2 Extended integration + Q&A sessions

  • A 60-minute closing integration session

  • Live support/coaching during sessions

  • A group chat - Throughout the 10 days, we'll have a private Telegram thread for sharing reflections, asking questions, celebrating discoveries, and staying connected to the practice between sessions. I'll be present in the thread to support the group's process.

❋ This Experience May Support You In:

  • Creating increased spaciousness in the nervous system

  • Expanding your capacity to meet life with more steadiness

  • Softening patterns of overwhelm, reactivity, or shutdown

This container is designed around rhythm and repetition.

From past participants:

“Before joining Breath + Being, I wasn't sure how practicing in a group would play out, but it ended up being a major advantage.

While I didn't have the discipline to attend the live sessions, practicing asynchronously still left me feeling deeply content. A massive part of that is Amy—the facilitator. This practice truly would not be the same without her guidance and presence.

The container provided the exact structure I needed to turn an abstract interest into a tangible daily practice. By carving out this time, I noticed a significant decrease in distractedness and a much greater capacity to stay regulated through daily stressors. I highly recommend it.”

“This was my first experience doing breathwork in this format. In each session, Amy would give really clear instruction on arriving at an intention, guide us through the breathe and then offer ideas for how to debrief on our own (with the option of connecting in the Telegram thread). I found this format really supportive and empowering at the same time. The repetition of a simple process helped it to become more automatic for me and I feel more confident doing it on my own now.

Amy was really masterful at dropping little bits of knowledge that helped me deepen my understanding of the process, while keeping it very simple and accessible. With her calm and encouraging voice, I felt safe and at ease. She was also very responsive to the questions and needs of the group.

This container was a perfect fit for transitioning to a new season and routine. I set intentions on areas of my life that were giving me quite a bit of anxiety, with a pretty skeptical sense of, “well, wouldn’t that be nice, but…” Looking back on them 6 weeks later, I realize that they are really not issues anymore and I actually feel a lot of ease in those areas now. Getting more practice with the process has also changed how I’ve been relating to life since, as I gain more awareness of my own patterns and responses in the moment. So grateful for Amy’s guidance!”
