Breath + Returning

Four full-length RBM sessions in a 2-person container. Eight weeks of practice and support.

Returning to the breath again and again gives you the opportunity to notice what changes, what stays the same, what you're discovering, and what becomes possible when you have space to stay with your experience.

Breath + Returning is an intentionally small, highly supportive RBM container for two participants who want to develop a deeper relationship with the practice over the course of about eight weeks.

This isn't simply four breathwork sessions.

It's a chance to build continuity: with the breath, with your own awareness, your evolving intentions, and with the support of both another person and a practitioner who is alongside you throughout the process.

Why practice over time?

We often look for the one experience that will shift something.

But a practice can offer something different.

With time, you begin to recognize patterns. You notice how your experience changes from one session to the next. An intention that felt important at the beginning may evolve. Something you didn't notice the first time may become visible later.

Returning allows you to develop familiarity with the practice while continuing to meet each session as its own experience.

And you don't have to figure it all out on your own.

An intentionally small container

Each round is limited to two participants.

This means that every session includes space for individualized intention-setting, dialoguing support during the gentle breath cycle, and a one-to-one debrief.

At the same time, you are practicing alongside another person—witnessing another process, sharing space, and experiencing the particular quality of a practice held in relationship.

You do not need to know the other participant beforehand. Couples are welcome, but this is not specifically a couples offering.

What is included

Four full-length RBM sessions
Each 2.5–3 hour session includes personal intention-setting, a full 60 breath cycle, individualized support while breathing, and an personal debrief.

A private space between sessions
You'll have a private shared thread for the duration of the container. This is a place to share what you're noticing, bring questions, reflect on your process, and stay connected between sessions. I'll be present in the thread and respond as the conversation unfolds, sharing insights and relevant RBM teachings attuned to what is arising in the container.

A self-practice breath recording
You'll receive a recording you can return to between sessions, supporting you in developing your own relationship with the practice outside of our live time together. When you use it between sessions, you can use the private thread to share and get feedback on self-sessions as well.

Supportive resources and reflection prompts
A small collection of handouts and practices to help you continue noticing, reflecting, and integrating what you're discovering.

The rhythm

The container runs for approximately eight weeks, with four live sessions spaced across the period.

The space between sessions matters.

We see the effects of this practice as we move through life. It literally integrates through living life! Seeing what might be shifting, or what is coming up to clear further. All of this is part of your unique process that you’ll have extended support with throughout the container.

The dates will be determined according to the two participants’ availability, with a start date during the last week of October 2026, and an end date in mid-December 2026.

In-person containers will meet in Clinton Hill Brooklyn for sessions.

This may be for you if...

☆ You have experienced RBM before and want to explore it more deeply.

☆ You are new to RBM but are drawn to developing a consistent practice rather than attending a one-off session.

☆ You want space to explore an intention over time without needing to know exactly where it will lead.

☆ You value individualized support and the opportunity to be met in your experience rather than being given an interpretation of it.

☆ You are curious about what becomes possible when you give yourself repeated opportunities to slow down, breathe, notice, and return.

Investment

The investment includes all four live sessions, the private between-session thread, self-practice recording, and supportive resources.

The container is limited to two participants, for all breathes in the series.

There is both an online and in-person option. Dates and times will be arranged once the groups have formed. We will begin the last week of October and end mid-December.

Online — $800 per person

Four payments of $200 are available.

In person — $1,200 per person

Four payments of $300 are available.

  • This container really allowed me to keep going in my process around creating a life I love. Specifically, Amy provided a supportive environment that made it safe to feel. Being able to be witnessed, seen and do the same for the other folks in the container was an unexpected delight and made my experience more potent. RBM is really unlike anything else. Bringing everything to this practice has truly transformed my relationship to my life.

  • I had the joy and privilege to have two sessions with Amy. They were both deeply profound and left me in a state of openness and clarity. Amy creates space for that to emerge which has been buried and inner truth and curiosities to ring clearer. My time with her was an incredibly healing experience, I felt as if my nervous system was repairing, growing new paths, and strengthening. Amy is simultaneously strongly rooted and tender in the way she creates space for you. You feel deeply taken care of and given the safety and support to expand beyond your comfort zone. I feel I’ve had clear and beautiful ripple effects following my time with her and feel alignment in my intentions she prompted and encouraged. I highly recommend working with Amy, her nature and wisdom is deeply valuable.

  • Amy creates the most nurturing, safe, and non-judgmental space in her breathwork sessions. With her gentle guidance, I was able to go deep into my nervous system and begin to rewire some long-held pain. It felt like pure freedom. I came away feeling lighter, clearer, and more connected to myself. I absolutely recommend her to anyone curious about this powerful style of breathwork.
